Standards of Conduct

• Act with Love and Respect: Ensure that your interactions reflect compassion and consideration for others, honoring the truth and promoting genuine communication.
• Express Yourself with Honesty and Positivity: Communicate your ideas and feelings clearly and respectfully, adopting a positive approach that fosters enrichment and community cohesion.
• Respect for Diversity: Celebrate the richness of perspectives within our community. Strive to understand and respect varied viewpoints, and always communicate with kindness and respect.
• Respect for Privacy: Please be considerate of other users' privacy and avoid sharing personal information.

Prohibited Content

• Avoid Offensive Content: Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or that is offensive by its obscene or blasphemous nature will not be permitted. This type of content goes against the principles of respect and dignity we promote. Administrators have the autonomy to decide what is considered offensive, with intervention from the Tabella support team only in exceptional cases.
• Prohibition of Harassment and Identity Theft: Harassment in any form is unacceptable in our community, as is identity theft. Both practices violate the essential principle of mutual respect and will be grounds for disciplinary action. Identity theft will result in account suspension, regardless of intent.
• Spam: Repeated posting of promotional or misleading content is prohibited. This type of activity disrupts genuine conversations and exploits the community's trust.

Consequences

• Warnings for Minor Infractions: In the case of minor infractions, the user will receive a clear notification about their inappropriate behavior along with specific instructions to correct it.
• Temporary Suspension or Permanent Expulsion: Depending on the severity or recurrence of the infractions, a temporary suspension or, in extreme cases, permanent expulsion of the user will be applied.

Claims and Conflict Resolution

• Claims Process: If you witness or experience a violation of our rules, we encourage you to use our claims tool, directly accessible from the platform. Our multilingual support team will ensure that all claims are properly handled.
• Mediation: In situations of conflict, we offer a mediation process led by trained administrators to handle disputes fairly and constructively.
